Escrow.com—Escrow.com is a third party licensed and regular escrow agent company that collects, holds and disburses funds according to Buyer and Seller instructions. Having a third party monitor the transaction provides an extra level of security but there are additional fees involved with this service.

The basic steps if this service is chosen are as follows:

1. We as the sellers sign on to escrow.com and create a transaction listing all terms (price, shipping fees, delivery dates, delivery options, review period, return fees, etc.). You will received an email when the transaction is set-up.
2. You as the purchaser/renter/lessee sign on to Escrow.com and agree to these terms. We will be notified by email on this. If you are not a current Escrow.com member, you will need to register; registration is free.
3. You as the purchaser/renter/lessee will submit your payment to Escrow.com. Escrow.com accepts PayPal, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, wire transfers, United States drawn money orders, United States drawn personal or company checks, or United States drawn cashier´s checks. However, credit cards can only be used with the Premium Serice, not the Standard Service.
4. We ship the artwork and notify you of the delivery dates and provide Escrow.com with verification that the item has shipped.
5. You receive the artwork and accept it (i.e., you do not return it in the agreed upon time frame).
6. Escrow.com disburses the funds paid in escrow to us.

Please note that should you choose this service, you will be asked to incur 50% of the Standard Service Fees (3.25% of the transaction value) or Premium Services Fees (6.3% of the transaction value).

Return Policy

We strongly desire an ongoing and long-lasting relationship with our collectors, so we'll do our best to remedy a situation where you are not satisfied with the artwork.

For Purchases—We will return to you the purchase price of the artwork less the costs of the return shipping and any fees (these would be incurred only if Escrow.com is used for payment) if the artwork is returned to us in satisfactory condition in the agreed upon inspection time frame.

For Rentals or Leases—We will return to you the rental/lease fee of the artwork less the costs of the return shipping and any fees if the artwork is returned to us in satisfactory condition in the agreed upon inspection time frame.
