Rental Terms
Renting works by RDH Studios refers to taking possession of the piece(s) for a specific
purpose or fixed short-term period of less than three months. This program is ideal
• for an event.
• to beautify your space for the holidays.
• to add drama, grandeur and sophistication to special occasions.
• to cater to VIPS at corporate functions, board meetings and conferences.
• for home sales stagings and open houses.
• for conventions, tradeshows, displays and promotions.
Fees are per the below plus actual shipping costs. The minimum charge on a lease arragement is $50 including
set-up fees. Artwork may be purchased after the rental period; however, we
cannot credit rental fees against the purchased price under this arrangement.
Leasing Terms
Leasing works by RDH Studios offers clients greater flexibility and opportunities. When taking possession of
any work for greater than three months,
• lease fees will be applied against the price if purchased.
• artwork may be changed on a monthly basis during the lease
period.
• changing artwork is free for the first 3 changes.
• Set-up fee is waived if the lease is renewed.
Fees are per the below plus actual shipping costs.
Example: The prices of the chosen pieces are $800 and $1,500 (all prices are listed on each piece in our on-line Galleries).
The lease period is six months. The total cost to lease the first painting is $113 (($800 * 11%) + $25 One-Time
Set-Up Fee). The total cost to lease the second painting is $160 (($1,500 * 10%) + $10 Additional Painting One-Time
Set-Up Fee).
That means you can have a unique and original collection worth
$2,300 for six months for only $273! Plus, you could change paintings
every month for only $60 more. (The first three changes are free; then it's only $10 per change per
painting more, or 2 paintings * $10 each change * 3 months.)
We will deliver and assist in the installation of certain leased works in the Metro New York area at no cost to you.
